Is Shipping Free?
It depends on the item that you are ordering. If your total checkout amount is greater than $100.00, you will have a free shipping method available to you.
Why is my order being Shipped in different Packages?
If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped separately. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!
When will Receive my Order?
Orders are shipped out directly from any of our warehouses. We will make it shipping out as soon as possible! Please allow us a grace period of 3-5 days for order processing, this gives us time to coordinate with our warehouses to fulfill your order accurately. Shipping time will be around 7-10 days by FedEx, UPS or DHL
What Happens if my Order gets stuck or lost in the Mall?
If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back, or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible.
Delivered but not Delivered
All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the couriers in order to investigate this issue.
We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages where you reside, we encourage you to instead have your package delivered to a work address to ensure that you receive it safe and sound.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he provides her/his shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at info@yoleetimes.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
If it’s too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you’ve received it. If it does get returned to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.
Extra Shipping Charges: If the package was returned to us due to an incorrect address and if you would like a refund, the shipping fee for returning back to us should be covered by your side.
Will I be Charged for Customs and Taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are in US DOLLAR, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable. If you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for incorrect information submitted by you at the time of placing your order.
